When we say one thing and do another; when we start projects but don't finish them; when we go on a diet but soon quit, the only thing we are successful at is sabotaging our reputation with ourselves."

The Leadership Academy’s mission is to create an environment inside of which every young person has the opportunity and possibility to reach their maximum potential.

The Leadership Academy’s vision is to fully train and develop our youth to become future world leaders.

The Leadership Academy was founded to provide educational and leadership opportunities for academically gifted kids from impoverished backgrounds in South Florida who exhibited leadership qualities for making a difference in the world.
